Help Desk, Open Trouble Ticket By using this feature, you can keep track of your trouble tickets, dates and time of resolution. You can log in at any time and view your open trouble tickets as well as view a history of your past trouble tickets. This feature will allow you to monitor the time we spend servicing your infrastructure and compare the trouble ticket requests to Invoices and work orders for a more open, controlled and communicative environment. You even get an automated alert by E-Mail once a trouble ticket has been modified or closed! To enter trouble tickets On-Line, please contact us to request a user name and password. Then visit the Sharepoint site and enter your trouble ticket. We will receive an automated cell phone alert when you submit a ticket and you will get a creation date and time stamp for your open ticket. Questions and Answers As everybody knows, times are tough and keeping costs down is a priority. In an effort to help, we will be providing FREE of charge general questions and answers via our Q&A link on our Sharepoint site. You do not need to sign in with a user name or password however, if you do, you can track your Q&A and get alerts once your questions have been answered! Automated Messages To subscribe to Automated Messages, simply log in to Sharepoint with your user account name. Click on the Help Desk Link or on the Questions and Answers Link. Next, under the Action menu select Alert Me. It’s that simple. When your trouble ticket is updated or when your question has been answered, you will receive an automated message with a link to log in! We hope that you use and like these new features. Of course, we always happily accept traditional phone calls! These features are only for those who want to use them and take advantage of their benefits.
